Event Rules

General rules to keep events fair and friendly.

These rules apply to all events. Organizers may add event-specific rules on each event page.


1) Participation

  • You participate at your own risk and should assess your fitness level.
  • Follow the route/format specified by the event (if any).
  • No aggressive behavior, harassment, or abuse.
  • Organizers may refuse participation in case of violations.

2) Virtual events

  • The run must be completed within the event window (start–end).
  • If proof is required, submit requested info correctly (e.g., time/distance).
  • Do not submit edited/false results.
  • Organizers may invalidate suspicious results.

3) Results

  • Results may be reviewed and corrected by organizers/admins.
  • PB and rankings depend on available data and may be recalculated.
  • Invalid results may be removed.
  • Report issues as soon as possible after the event.

4) Accounts & restrictions

  • Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings.
  • Do not abuse registration / confirmations.
  • Blocks (event_blocks) take effect immediately.
  • In case of abuse, the account may be suspended.
